The group reports a development programme involving approximately 10,000 hectares of agricultural access rights in Bayelsa State, with an existing irrigated site base. The wider land position remains unrecognised in reported asset values pending relevant work.
Local delivery is intended to remain with experienced Nigerian operating personnel. The Board is evaluating independent professional oversight to enhance programme assurance and financial control.
